MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

• Please use the form on the left to request additional membership information.
• Annual dues are $35.00 payable to HCWC.
• No person shall attend as a guest more than twice a year without becoming a member.

MEETINGS

Meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month, September through May, at the Faith Countryside Nutrition Center at 7:00 p.m.
